Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How come my character isn't categorized yet?
A: Something was wrong with the profile.

Q: Will you advertise my site/pm my site to everyone?
A: No, I will not. Advertise your site in the Advertising board, PM advertisements are not allowed, read the rules.

Q: Can we have multiple characters?
A: Keep 'em active and yeah, you can have as many as you want.

Q: Can I be a staff member?
A: No.

Q: I'm going on vacation for a while, can you save my accounts?
A: Post in the absences.

Q: Can I post in the chat box before my profile is accepted?
A: As long as you have a character and intend to post as that character, sure.

Q: I can't log into my account, why?
A: Could be a couple reasons:
1. Either you keep getting the password/username wrong.
2. Your account was taken over by a staff member due to information leading to the feeling that taking the account over was necessity.
3. You were banned.

Q: I signed up for another account, but it hasn't sent me the verification e-mail yet, why?
A: This is a process I hate, but is required none the less in case staff needs to reach you. It can take up to ten minutes for this email to be sent. If it hasn't gotten to you in ten minutes and you are sure the email you entered is correct, I don't know. PM the admin and we can delete the account for you and you can re-register it.

Q: One of my characters accounts got deleted, can I re-make it?
A: Chances are no. PM a staff member for specific reasons.

Q: Can I character be different Nationalities?
A: Yes

Q: Do I sign up for the claims before or after my app is accepted?
A: After. Don't sign up before. You'll be ignored

Q: Do I have to use the celebs provided in the canon list if I want to play the canon?
A: Yes, unless you can give me good reason for letting you use someone else.
